With 30+ years of experience in technology research, asset support and innovation strategy within a global energy and petrochemical company, I have developed deep technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation effectively. By managing a range of R&D portfolios, exploring many new research areas and always staying curious, I have established myself as a leading expert in research-driven innovation. Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional teams, mentored young professionals and emerging leaders, managed change and contributed to research focused on process chemistry, process safety, sustainability, and digital transformation. My time working abroad strengthened my ability to navigate complex organizational challenges and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

My own contributions span the development of improved catalyst systems, process and product optimization and the design of innovation frameworks that enhance integration among Technology, Business, and Manufacturing functions. I am passionate about structuring innovation efforts and helping organizations harness their unique strengths to drive meaningful change. Through founding SWITSH, I bring this expertise to companies looking to unlock their innovation potential.
